When MotoGP champion Miguel Oliveira made history by becoming the first Portuguese rider to win the elite sports class in August 2020, a special individual showered him with praise. Andreia Pimenta, Oliveira’s stepsister and fiancée, turned out to be the person.

Miguel Oliveira, 24, has been married to his step-sister since he was 13 years old.

After their father married Oliveira’s mother, the two met when they were 13 years old. They developed a sexual relationship, which they kept secret for 11 years before going public. In August 2021, Oliveira posted photos from his wedding day to stepsister Pimenta, who is now pregnant with the couple’s first child.

After an 11-year covert romance, the couple is expecting their first child together.

Oliveira, 26, took to Instagram to inform his 634K followers of the news, writing: “This weekend we made the most significant curve of our life.” We married to cement our love, and we want to share it with you. I consider myself fortunate to be able to share my life with my other half, my wife. Thank you very much.”

The rider, who won his first Portuguese MotoGP in August 2020, revealed that he had fallen in love with Pimenta and planned to marry her.

They’re officially married!

Pimenta and Oliveira both announced that they were expecting their first child together. This was reported by News.com.au, which included a snapshot of the ultrasound and the baby belly. “We have a unique company in our lives. A job that will last us the rest of the way. “I’m looking forward to meeting you, my darling.” “We’re very pleased for you and can’t wait to have a new member in the paddock,” Oliveira posted on Instagram, to which the official MotoGP replied.

Oliveira proposed last year, but their wedding was postponed due to his racing obligations.

“Congratulations, Miguel!” said his colleague Maverick Vinnales. Is the most amazing thing you could ever have.” Pimenta, who is 24 years old, is the daughter of Oliveira’s father’s second wife, Cristina. Oliveira’s father said in an interview with Marca that he was pleased that his son was marrying the woman of his dreams.

Pimenta is Oliveria’s father’s second wife’s daughter, according to reports.

Before sharing the wedding news in 2021, the Portuguese had opened up about falling for his step-sister. Oliveira claimed in an interview with Manuel Luis Goucha that he and Pimenta grew up together and had a terrific connection before falling in love. “We understood it was more than a friendship at some time; it’s a really powerful love.” We had planned to marry this year, but I had a race that weekend, so we had to postpone it until next year.”

Oliveira, on the other hand, sits ninth in the MotoGP standings with 85 points and three podium finishes.
