The wedding season in Bollywood has returned, and this time it’s the wedding of Katrina Kaif and Vicky Kaushal.
The two actors, who have been dating since 2019 and have been the talk of the town for quite some time, will finally marry in big style at a beautiful Rajasthan resort.
Now, it’s fair to recollect several other equally lavish and super-expensive Bollywood weddings that resulted in divorces at the time of their wedding.
Samantha Ruth Prabhu & Naga Chaitanya
Samantha Ruth Prabhu and Naga Chaitanya wedded at a lavish wedding in Goa in 2017, for which they reportedly spent around Rs. 10 crores.

Aamir Khan – Reena Dutta
The beginning of Mr Perfectionist’s narrative with his first wife Reena Dutta was highly “filmy.” Being neighbours, the two frequently found themselves staring into one another’s windows. Aamir eventually had the guts to express his love to Reena one day. But she didn’t share his sentiments and turned her back on him. Aamir was tenacious and wouldn’t accept no for an answer. Due to tension between Aamir Khan and Reena Dutta’s parents over religion, they wed secretly on April 18, 1986. Aamir and Reena had Junaid and Ira not long after they wed.
Karisma Kapoor & Sanjay Kapur
Karisma Kapoor, a Bollywood superstar from the early 2000s, married billionaire Sanjay Kapur in a lavish wedding ceremony in 2003. However, a slew of marital issues and squabbles forced them to call it quits.
Hrithik Roshan & Sussanne Khan
Hrithik made his acting debut in 2000 with Kaho Naa… Pyaar Hai, and while he quickly became a darling, he later broke hearts by marrying his childhood girlfriend Sussanne Khan in a lavish wedding that cost 3.5 crore rupees.

Prabhudeva – Ramlath

Latha was her previous name. When rumours of Prabhudeva’s involvement with prominent South Indian performer Nayanthara began to circulate in 2009, the relationship between the two people struck rock bottom. Everyone assumed that these rumours were untrue because none of them offered an affirmative or negative response, and the story died down. However, Prabhudeva acknowledged his love for Nayanthara and expressed his desire to be with her in 2010. The pair had already been dating for two years at this point.
