After her partner, actor Sushant Singh Rajput passed away unexpectedly in 2020, actress Rhea Chakraborty came under heavy scrutiny. She endured harsh trolling and was eventually arrested in September 2020 on suspicion of obtaining drugs for the deceased actor. Before being granted bail in October 2020, she was incarcerated in Byculla Jail for a month.

Years later, actress and former Miss Universe Sushmita Sen is Rhea’s first guest on her brand-new conversation podcast show, “Chapter 2.” Rhea revealed her current professional situation to Sushmita during their talk, stating that she no longer performs in films or television series. In response to questions on her financial status, she stated that although she isn’t acting, she still keeps an eye on her spending. Alright, so now people don’t know what I do for a living. I don’t act in films; instead, I do other things like motivational speaking, the woman remarked.

Rhea revealed throughout the conversation what she views as her superpower: the capacity to stir up controversy in each space she visits. She said that half the population might think of her as a witch, and the other half might think of her as a strong woman who has been through a lot. “I often joke that I have a big superpower,” she remarked. I can polarise a room when I walk in! Of them, half would believe,

Half of them would say, “She’s a strong girl who fought through it, she had courage,” while the other half would think, “She has done something, she is a witch, she practices black magic.” I can feel it as soon as I go into a space. I’ll encounter this at the airport, the gym, and the dentist’s office. I’ve also learned from this that it is irrelevant. It doesn’t matter who loves you or hates you. Those who do the opposite are equally acceptable.
