Nanna,” and “Seetharamam.” Many people adore and admire her because of her gentle nature and adorable personality. Mrunal Thakur’s old video just got viral on Instagram.
on an interview with her Kumkum Bhagya co-star Arjit Taneja, she was heard on the video making remarks about Bipasha Basu’s physique, referring to her as “manly with muscles.” The actress is in a difficult situation as a result of the widespread attention this film has received from internet users. Bipasha has since shared a story on her Instagram about “good physical and mental health,” avoiding a direct response to the widely shared post.

Mrunal Thakur’s viral old interview clip calling Bipasha “manly”
In the viral clip, Son of Sardaar 2 fame Mrunal Thakur can be seen talking about fitness with her Kumkum Bhagya co-star Arjit Taneja during the interview. During the interview, Arjit jokingly asked Mrunal to do a headstand, and she playfully said that he could sit while she balanced on her head.
“Do you want to marry a girl who is manly with muscles?” Mrunal asks later in the video. “No, I want to marry a toned girl like Bipasha Basu,” Arjit retorted. In a direct response to his response, Mrunal
“Go marry Bipasha.”
She further added,
“Listen, I am far better than Bipasha.”
Mrunal’s remark about Bipasha’s body, referring to her as “manly,” has drawn a lot of negative attention. Her claims to be superior than Bipasha appeared to minimise Bipasha’s well-known muscularity and fitness, which prompted criticism from her admirers and others.

In an oblique response to Mrunal, Bipasha stated, “Strong women lift each other up.”
Bipasha posted a narrative on Instagram in response to the post directed at her, rather than directly addressing Mrunal, after his old video became viral. For all women with all body types, she conveyed a message of empowerment and inspiration. She cited,
“Strong women lift each other up.”
Bipasha has consistently advocated for body positivity; with this response, she has furthered the notion that a strong woman is unaffected by trivial matters and other people’s viewpoints. A powerful woman can encourage other women, she adds.
She further added in response to the “manly” remark,
“Get those muscles, beautiful ladies… we should be strong… Muscles help you attain good physical and mental health forever! Bust the age-old thought process that women should not look strong or be physically strong.”
She added that having healthy muscles contributes to a woman’s physical and mental well. She also refuted the stereotype that women shouldn’t be physically strong or attractive.
