
Social media users have taken to sharing a video of a man stopping a passenger train at a railway crossing in Bihar.
When the train got close, the guy and his family were standing close to the crossing. Soon after, he called and motioned for the train to halt with his hand. The train finally came to a stop a little while later.
“Train ruk gayi,” the individual filming the incident said, sounding shocked by what had transpired. Mein jaayegi yeh video ab Railway Ministry. The train has halted; saamne prashasan ki gaadi bhi khadi hai. The Railway Ministry will now receive this video. Additionally, an administrative car is parked directly in front.
The X account @SitamarhiJila shared the video, claiming that the man was at the railway crossing to assist his family in catching the train. According to the account, the man appeared to be able to beg the train to stop while speaking on the phone. His family was able to board the train before it arrived at the station where it stopped.

“Related officials are being informed,” Railroad Seva said in response to the tweet after it went viral, tagging the official account of East Central Railway’s Samastipur Division.
It’s unclear what will come out of the authorities’ investigation into the incident when Railroad Seva notified the relevant authority.
