Thanks to his game-winning effort against England in the most recent ODI, Indian wicketkeeper-batsman Rishabh Pant has become the first Asian to make a century in both Tests and ODI on English soil. With this, Pant has joined the exclusive club of wicketkeeper-batters like Rahul Dravid and KL Rahul who have scored a century in an ODI played outside of Asia.
While admirers from all around the world praised him, the wicketkeeper-batsman created a stir on Twitter by posting fashionable pictures of himself. He appeared in the pictures sporting a white t-shirt, shorts that matched, sneakers, and a chain around his neck.
However, his caption draws the most attention and elicits the most comments.
Pant’s caption was a line from the movie Mirzapur.
While sharing photos, he captioned,
“Aur hum ek naya niyam add kar rahe hain, Mirzapur ki gaddi pe baithne wala kabhi bhi niyam badal sakta hai – Munna Bhaiya.”

It is equivalent to saying, “I’m proposing a new rule. The laws of Mirzapur may be changed at any time by the ruling party.
The character “Munna Tripathi,” also known as “Munna Bhaiya,” played by actor Divyenndu in the television series Mirzapur is credited for popularizing this phrase.
Since Pant’s tweet went viral and became well-liked on social media, it has received many likes and responses. In the midst of all of this, Divyenndu noticed it. He was one of many who answered, and his straightforward solution won over users.
He said,
“Aap yogya hain”
aap yogya hain 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

In Hindi, it means, “You are deserving.”
Soon after expressing this, Rishabh Pant also responded to Divyenndu, adding,
“Nahi Munna Bhaiya, ye gaddi aap ki hai”
Hahahahaha nahi munna bhaiya yeh gaddi aap ki he hai

No, this throne is yours, he said in reference to the show’s plot.
Then Divyenndu responded to him by stating,
“keep shining brother”

Rishabh Pant’s unbeaten 125* and his 133-run partnership with Hardik Pandya helped India win the series 2-1 in the last one-day international in Manchester. England was bowled for 259 runs as a result of superb spells from Hardik Pandya (4/24) and Yuzvendra Chahal (3/60). Jos Buttler (60), Jason Roy (41) and Moeen Ali (34) all produced major contributions for the home squad.
As India chased 260, Reece Topley destroyed their top order, leaving them at 72/4. However, Pandya and Pant put up a match-winning combination of 133 runs to win it. Therefore, it is accurate to state that he contributed to India’s victory.
