Kriti Gave a Badass Reply to a Junior Actress for Calling Her ‘Figure with No Headlight & No Bumper’

No matter how much we proclaim that the times have changed, society’s double standards have not. If you believe Bollywood is in any way distinct from society, you are mistaken!

While most of us are proponents of women’s liberation and feminism, there is a dark, twisted side to the internet that celebrities have to deal with. Kriti Sanon, Bollywood’s girl next door, was the victim of the dark side of social media, thanks to Bhairavi Goswami and the internet’s favorite KRK.

Kriti Sanon recently shared a video of herself taking off her shoes and swaying to Mubarakan’s “Hawa Hawa.” On the bed of her hotel room, she was dancing in a robe. While her incredibly wonderful deed was appreciated by the Mubarakan actors, everyone else enjoyed the incredibly awesome clip.

“She’s behaving like a psychopath. What path did she take to become an actress? There is no headlamp and no bumper. Even college students appear better,” garnered a lot of criticism.

Now, when Kriti was asked to remark on the event during a press conference for her film Bareilly Ki Barfi, she was caught off guard. “Who is Bhairavi Goswami?” she inquired.

Kriti made an epic response when she was told she had acted in the film Hate Story.

“I suppose I’m just pleased for her,” she says. She received a lot of attention. So, now you folks know her name as well.”
