Nawazuddin Siddiqui’s wife Aaliya had previously slammed the actor with a legal notice demanding divorce and maintenance. Her lawyer Abhay Sahai had confirmed the notice was sent via WhatsApp and email to Nawazuddin on May 7. Notice deets were not disclosed. But, the latest report says Aaliya has demanded Nawazuddin’s Rs 30 crore as alimony.
Aaliya has requested alimony, as well as custody of her children, according to a report in the Navbharat Times. The report states that Aaliaya, along with a 4BHK flat in Yaari Road, Mumbai, has demanded alimony from Nawazuddin for Rs 30 Crore.
The report further states that they denied such statements upon contact with Aaliaya and her lawyer. Aaliya hung up the phone saying, that’s her personal business. She has talked to the media about the issue she was having. She does not want to explore it. Anything that is being told is false. That is an issue between Nawaz and her.
She also took the news on her Twitter and spoke to the media and wrote, “As an apparent” fabricated message “is being circulated to Media Houses as part of the PR exercise.” I, therefore, ask all media houses and journalists not to use any part or portion of such fabricated notice OR depending on the same to bring any story about me.
