Do you remember PewDiePie’s ‘Bitch Lasagna’ and the more recent Congratulations’ tracks against T-Series? Yes? Well, those videos have now been taken down from YouTube India.

Why? Well, T-Series registered a petition with the Delhi High Court, India against those music videos. The court examined those videos and found them to be offensive, Then HC asked YouTube to take them down.

According to a Bar&Bench report, the Delhi High Court gave severe orders to YouTube, ordering them to take down the two songs published by Swedish YouTuber PewDiePie from its platform. “The mean time order was granted by a Single Judge Bench of Justice Jayant Nath in a suit preferred by T-Series owner Super Cassettes Pvt Ltd., asking to permanently restrict Felix Arvid Ulf Kjellberg, better known as PewDiePie, from uploading the songs titled ‘T-Series Diss Track/Bitch Lasagna’ and ‘Congratulations’,” said the news.

The High Court clearly found the content of those two videos and even the comments on the videos scurrilous, vulgar, and also racist. So, the court decided that it would be best if those videos were taken down from youtube immediately.
