Both in Bollywood and the south Indian film industry, R. Madhavan is a well-known actor. The excellent actor is the recipient of four Filmfare awards. His man-next-door chocolate boy persona and contagious smile have made him extremely well-known.
The 52-year-old actor has appeared in a number of Tamil films, such as Alaipayuthey, Minnale, Kannathil Muthamittal, Aayutha Ezhuthu, Run, and Anbe Sivam, among others. In addition, he appeared in a number of Bollywood movies, including Tanu Weds Manu, Guru, Rang De Basanti, and 3 Idiots.
Recently, Madhavan will be featured in his next movie Rocketry: The Nambi Effect, for which he has been actively raising awareness. The teaser for the actor’s upcoming movie was exhibited in Times Square in New York, and its world debut at the esteemed 75th Cannes Film Festival received a standing ovation. Madhavan makes his directorial debut with this movie.
The Indian biographical drama The Nambi Effect is based on the life of scientist Nambi Narayanan. In 1994, espionage charges were brought against Nambi, a former scientist and aerospace engineer for the Indian Space Research Organization (ISRO). His quest to establish his innocence is followed in the movie.
On July 1 of this year, the film will be released globally. A netizen criticised the actor for misrepresenting the number of Twitter users in India as Madhavan’s movie release date in theatres approaches. The actor stuck to his decision to reply in the same way.
A social media user released a video to mock the actor for claiming that just 25 Lac people in India use Twitter. The tweet, which is now gone, said,
“Madhavansplaining: This @ActorMadhavan is spewing non stop nonsense to promote his film and it is only getting more and more laughable with every passing day. Isn’t there any other way to promote his film than this?”
The troll’s subtle yet caustic reply from Madhavan
Farhan from 3 Idiots, one of our favourite actors, promptly replied to the tweet in which he stated,
“Easy bro.. you are a sportsman.. I am exhausted sleep deprived .so said less than 25lakhs instead of 250 lakhs .. but the point was it still less that 1.7% of the population – which was my point .. why so much venom bro.. not good for your sport .. .”

As soon as the actor replied, his followers raced to the comments to applaud his understated reaction.
One supporter commented, “Great answer,” and another, “Classy reply, Maddy,” respectively. Yeesh. It’s only a number, so the point is still valid.
The actor’s eagerly awaited film Rocketry: The Nambi Effect had a special screening earlier on Monday at the Siri Fort Auditorium in New Delhi thanks to the Information and Broadcasting Ministry. The Rocketry crew, former IG CBI PM Nair, former CBI director DR Karthikeyan, senior government officials, members of the film industry, and others watched the film.
