Virtual assistants are built into most smartphones, yet some have proven to be more useful and, as a result, popular than others. Samsung’s Bixby is often overlooked among the several major virtual assistants available, since almost everyone chooses to utilise Google Assistant. But, happily, a new Samsung Virtual Assistant named SAM is currently causing a stir on social media.
Samsung Sam is here to meet you! Although no formal news about the imaginary individual who will take Bixby’s place has been released.
According to Polygon, Sam is a product of Lightfarm, a visual production company. While various renders and photos of Sam were uploaded online on a now-defunct page titled “Samsung Virtual Assistant,” no official information on Sam being Bixby’s replacement has emerged. According to speculations, Lightfarm created Sam as a result of a collaboration with Cheil Agency, a marketing firm affiliated with the Samsung group.

According to Polygon, Sam was produced a long time ago but was never used by Samsung in any of their marketing initiatives. Sam, on the other hand, is a bright-eyed girl with shoulder-length hair who looks like she belongs in a Pixar picture. Sam, too, appears to be a fan of Samsung devices. Nonetheless, since her debut, Sam has been a craze on TikTok and Twitter, where she has spawned a slew of Fanarts.

Sam is clearly the new fictional it-girl on the internet. People build bonds with Sam and interact with her as if she were a real person. This happened with Lady Dimitrescu from Resident Evil: Village, but it now appears that Samsung’s Sam has taken the throne. Samsung hasn’t confirmed Sam’s existence as of this writing, so we’re guessing Bixby has a few more days, months, or years left in him.
