Many often expect perfection from their favourite athletes, and what people often forget is that athletes are also human.
As athletes focus on winning, they don’t have much time or attention to give a broken brace or tear.
SO in the middle of a game, things that regular folks would note go untreated… and get worse.
The consequences are those clothing slip-ups that stand the test of time. Let’s assume, at least, that these unfortunate athletes won their competitions in order to compensate for the humiliation they felt after those goofs.
“Keep your eye on the ball”…
A tackle’s a tackle…
but you get the impression that if this Baltimore Raven were able to do it again he would try a less unpleasant process!
Or at least this time, he would be taking the Febreeze with him. Football player ass looks like one of the worst smells you can imagine.
A tiny mistake, but important.
Uh, when you ‘re designing the team’s uniforms, don’t put the flag upside down as they did on these kits for the Philippines. Design fails to get even worse than this though…
Somehow, it was all deliberate.
I mean, how many people up to this point approved those things? For these cyclists, someone needs to have it out! And believe it or not, a woman’s built those uniforms! Big fake fashion pas right there.
At the 2009 World Championships, Ricky Berens gave way a little too much. How would you tell him anyway? Like “Hey dude, your butt is hanging out.” No one wants to have that conversation.
I guess the best thing you can do when you’re in the middle of a horse race is stay focused and then deal with it later. It’s not like calling a timeout, which is more than what you can say about this next one!
