In the midst of all the controversy surrounding Dhanashree and Yuzi’s divorce, Devisha Shetty, the wife of Suryakumar Yadav, recently came to her Instagram account to express her support for Dhanashree Verma. Humans of Bombay had an open interview with Dhanashree Verma on August 19, 2025. Devisha Shetty posted a screenshot of the interview on her Instagram Story. In addition, she wrote:

The anecdote was published on Reddit by some people hours after Devisha Shetty posted it on her Instagram, sparking a heated discussion. While some people expressed support for Devisha and Dhanashree, others believed that Devisha’s backing could lead to tensions between Chahal and Suryakumar. Dhanashree Verma discussed the emotional toll of her divorce from Yuzvendra Chahal on the most recent Humans of Bombay episode. After the last hearing, she remembered crying and wailing. She also expressed her surprise at seeing Chahal’s “Be Your Own Sugar Daddy” t-shirt, to which she responded that he could have just communicated on WhatsApp instead of donning a t-shirt. Dhanashree also talked about the stress and internet harassment she had throughout the whole ordeal.
