Having healthy bre*sts isn’t enough to self-examine yourself. You may still have constant pain, which is the most common problem in 70% of women. In fact, you can experience discomfort or scratch at times. To mitigate all these issues, such a sensitive area needs special attention.

1. Removing hairs

It’s natural to want to look perfect and in wanting to get rid of long black hair on your n*pples there’s nothing illegal. But here we ought to be very careful— it might hurt your bre*sts. Removing, waxing, and pulling hair in this area can lead to discomfort, hair growth, and inflammation.

What you should do:

do not cut your own hair, but go to a dermatologist who has special knowledge in this field and can help safely remove it.

2. Running in a sports bra or without a bra at all

During exercise, more than 50% of women feel bre*st pain. While running or jumping, the boots move up to 21 cm. That’s why picking the right bra for sports is important and not using a regular bra for your everyday fitness routine.

How to pick the right sports bra: You need a different bra for every sport. Small, medium or high-impact bras are available to choose from. If you don’t know which one to buy, check with a shop assistant.
The cup fabric should be tight and smooth. If you see the fabric’s wrinkles, the cup is too large.
Note that some 30-40 washes will last for sports bras.

3. Wearing the wrong bra

You can experience persistent pain or discomfort if you choose the wrong type or size of your bra. The bra shouldn’t make you feel like you want to take it off.

How to find a good bra: your bra is not meant to dig into your hands. The n*pples between the shoulders and elbows should be about halfway.
You also have to switch cup sizes when you put on bras or when you change band sizes.

Straps are not meant to be too close and dig into your arms.

Make sure the cup fabric is smooth and the edges are flat against your neck.

Test and try to find the most comfortable of different types of bras.

4. Piercing your n*pples

Everyone has the freedom to do with their bodies whatever they want, of course, but piercing is very dangerous for your bre*sts.

Why it is unsafe to pierce: some people may be allergic to iron.
When you plan to bre*stfeed later, the piercing can disrupt milk production and cause problems.
This increases the risk that an abscess and pain will develop.

5. Using duct tape to fix your bre*sts

If you need to wear a dress with a wide neckline or an open back, it’s an easy solution, but you should note that your bre*sts are not a healthy option.

Why it is not recommended: maybe you are allergic to the tape. There is a high risk of having a rash around the n*pples, so it can cause inflammation and itching.

6. Not moisturizing your bre*sts

On our heads, arms, and legs we use creams, but sometimes we forget about other sensitive areas like our bre*sts. We do deserve day-to-day attention.

How your bre*sts need to be moisturized: this area’s skin is extremely thin.
Bre*sts are producing itchy flakes and losing their elasticity.
Using creams and lotions if you want your bre*sts to stay young and not become saggy.

7. Forgetting to put deodorant in your bra

Hot summer days and exercise will cause a lot of sweat to our breasts and cause a lot of discomfort. This area’s sensitive skin quickly responds and becomes irritated.

How to avoid sweating breasts:

  • Don’t buy fake fabric-made bras.
  • Invest in a moisture-wicking bra in particular.
  • Using deodorant free of aluminum.
  • For combat sweating, try specially made breast lotions.

Consider powder for the infant.

8. Flattening and squeezing the bre*sts

Flattening and rubbing the breasts, which can lead to uncomfortable contact and tenderness, will cause bruising and swelling.

With this sensitive area, don’t be harsh because you can easily cause injury.

Recommended:

  • Be gentle when testing your breasts for yourself— you don’t have to squeeze them too tightly.
  • Get a bra that doesn’t flatten too much of your breasts.
