Tired legs can be a sign of reducing blood flow from the legs, often affecting women and the elderly. Of course, relaxing and feeling better is always good, but sometimes we need other ways to keep our legs and feet from feeling tired, especially on days when we end up standing for the whole day.

1. Press 2 points on your feet at the same time.

You can release your endorphins by pressing certain points. This will help reduce tension, discomfort, and exhaustion. There are 2 of these points on your feet:

  1. The first, as shown in the image above, is found on the foot between the first and second bones.
  2. The second one, as shown in the image above, is between the fourth and fifth bones.

Press your fingers for 2 minutes on those 2 lines. When you do this, breathing should be deep and calm.

2. Use a pencil to stimulate relief in your feet.

There’s also a position in the heel’s middle. Stimulate this stage for 30 to 2 minutes with a pencil. Don’t push too hard. You’ll feel relief in your foot after a while.

Do that on both sides.

3. Take the Virasana yoga position.

Virasana is a simple asana on your knees that you need to do. This pose can be done even immediately after eating:

  1. Place your head down. It’s supposed to be your knees together and your feet apart. For support, you can put a large cushion behind you.
  2. Rest on the backing. If it’s uncomfortable for your knees, add more height. Leave the 3rd position. Hold this position for 2-4 minutes with your hands resting on your thighs.
  3. For a few seconds, stretch your legs out.

Be vigilant and ensure that under your buttocks you have some protection to minimize the risk of injury. If you have any bodily injuries, do not do this.
