When walking down the street or at a shopping centre, you are likely to come across a variety of wardrobe styles. Dressing revealingly has grown extremely prevalent in today’s society, and in many cases, it is considered the norm. However, it appears that not everyone encourages revealing attire, as evidenced by this Australian restaurant. The eatery, however, may have gone too far with a tourist named Martina Corradi.

When a server at the North Bondi Fish told Martina Corradi she wasn’t dressed adequately, she was humiliated and offended.

Martina was out on Christmas Eve with her boyfriend. When a server at the North Bondi Fish told her she wasn’t dressed adequately, she was humiliated and offended. Martina was eventually booted out in front of other customers after the waitress brought it to the manager’s attention. The Italian donned a bralette crop top with high-waisted linen trousers and stiletto heels.

High-waisted linen slacks, high heels, and a bralette crop top were worn by the Italian.

The restaurant’s website stated that dress cold is smart casual, according to Martina. ‘I want an outside perspective, even though I’m humiliated and outraged at the same time.’ My partner and I went to NBF today. We did sign in, and we sat on the sun-drenched terrace outdoors.’

Martina was eventually thrown out in front of other customers after the waitress called the manager’s notice.

‘As soon as I sat down, the waitress told me that I was not well-dressed and that staying in a location like that was not appropriate’ (I mean a fish and chips, in front of the beach). We didn’t know what to say when my partner and I stared at her. We were taken aback.’ Martina elaborated in her now-viral Facebook post.

The General Manager of North Bondi Fish, Gemma Swanson, apologised for the blunder and offered Martina a complimentary meal.

Facebook fans reacted quickly, and even more curiously, Gemma Swanson, the General Manager of North Bondi Fish, apologised for the blunder and offered Martina a free supper. ‘We have investigated the event and acknowledge that asking Martina and her companion to leave the restaurant was a mistake.’

Martina claims that the restaurant’s website stated that “dressing cold is smart casual.”

‘Since then, we’ve called Martina, apologised for the oversight, and invited her and her companion back for lunch or supper at our expense.’ Martina shouldn’t have been asked to leave because we have a casual clothing policy. Our protocols, including dress codes, will be retrained for our employees and management. We take pride in welcoming all visitors to the North Bondi Fish experience.’ Swanson is alleged to have stated.
