Gemma Hill was thrilled to have hired a personal trainer. Most personal trainers like to take before and after images of themselves to keep their customers encouraged during the workout. The candid photos would allow her to track her progress while working out and, ideally, motivate her when she was feeling down. But Gemma, who had never done anything like this before, had misconstrued his instructions.
She revealed in her TikTok video how her trainer advised her to take an honest ‘before’ image of herself.
She did take several… and then emailed her trainer images of herself in her underwear.
It was such a funny, honest blunder, like, “She’s not alone!”
Her trainer was kind enough to tell her that she didn’t have to give the photos to her.
“Please accept my apologies, Gem –
I meant to say, take pictures for yourself. Please do not email them to me. So that you can keep track of your development, “A laughing emoji was used in her trainer’s message. Gemma swiftly expressed her regret “I’m so sorry, I’m so sorry. What a jerk!”
“I was under the impression that I was supposed to send them to you. What a terrible situation. Please accept my heartfelt apologies.”
Gemma’s coach clarified, “No, I don’t require clients to send me images of themselves in their underwear. I was sharing a meal with my girlfriend. She’s interrogating me about who this woman is…”
