However, it appears that one spouse who unintentionally spotted the former p*rnographic star while on his honeymoon was simply in the wrong location at the wrong time. The husband bought his TikTok celebrity wife an expensive gift as an act of goodwill. Look below:
The social media celebrity who was once a p*rn star left the business in 2015 due to pressure from her “very abusive” partner. Still, many of her admirers are aware of her film business, as with Lya Mariella’s boyfriend.
While having supper in Paris, he caught sight of Khalifa. Taking to TikTok, the influencer revealed that her partner became ‘far too happy’ and proceeded to ‘mail all of his guy pals’ upon discovering the former hot celebrity.
“Girl, my man was on his phone the whole time. I say we throw them all away and go shopping tomorrow,” Khalifa wrote in a humorous comment on the post. Mariella responded, “I’m currently at Hermes across the street, feel free to meet me here.” Khalifa then said, “Good, he owes you a Birkin.”
Given that the most affordable Birkin bag costs approximately £5,000, one may have assumed that this back-and-forth was only a lighthearted conversation. However, the content creator’s significant other took the apologies seriously and decided to buy the pricey equipment.
It worked, since a few hours later, Mariella and Khalifa were featured in a video that the husband himself shot.
“I’m here at the christening of the Birkin… we’re not going to dunk it in water because we don’t do that to a Birkin,” quips Khalifa.
“This was the best meeting ever and also her husband that we were talking s**t about is the one filming this right now.” Mariella says, “What a time to be alive,” and they both embrace.
“This influencer staying at my hotel in Paris posted a TikTok feeling bad because her man was excited to see me walk by at dinner last night, and this morning he bought her a birkin to make up for it,” Khalifa wrote, sharing a screenshot of one of Mariella’s videos on X. Khalifa was delighted by the exchange. BIRKIN!!”
In another TikTok skit that she posted, Mariella is seen getting irritated with her husband before giving him the bag. The text over the video says, “When you’re about to cuss him out for recognising Mia Khalifa but he hits you with the uno reverse: birkin edition.”
