Serena Smith, a “Barbie girl,” has spent a staggering $50,000 (£42,000) on plastic surgery to resemble Marilyn Monroe in just six years.

The 23-year-old California reality actress and artist first underwent surgery at the age of 18 for a breast job that changed her from an A cup to a DD and cost her a staggering $7,500 (£6,500).

She later underwent a number of treatments to change her appearance to resemble Golden Age Hollywood stars like Marilyn Monroe, Jayne Mansfield, and Anna Nicole Smith, including a rhinoplasty, Brazilian bum lift (BBL), botox, and lip fillers.

Smith recently decided to undergo BBL surgery, and she reports being “extremely delighted” with the results.

The Brazilian Butt Lift procedure went quite well. I am quite pleased with the outcomes; I think they are fantastic. The surgery drastically altered my body’s proportions and gave me the curvier appearance I desired.

One of the riskiest plastic operations available is the BBL, which involves liposuctioning fat from the stomach or back and then transferring it to the butt and hips.

Smith is fully aware that one in every 3,000 patients who get the procedure dies, according to a 2017 report from The American Society for Aesthetic Plastic Surgery.

In particular with procedures like the BBL, she said, “you have to be very careful about who you choose to trust to operate on you because you are putting your life in their hands.” “It has the highest percentage of fatalities of any plastic surgery procedure.

“My advice is to spend less money and visit a professional surgeon who conducts safe operations.

“Losing your life with an inexpensive surgery and a negligent doctor is much more worth it than having to undergo two operations to achieve your desired results. There are far too many terrifying tales to take that chance.

Fortunately, Smith’s operation went as planned, but his rehabilitation has not been simple.

She acknowledged, “I felt like I was hit by a truck. “This procedure’s recuperation period is by far the most difficult so far. It might be somewhat painful to wear a compression garment for 23 hours each day for two months.

“The first two weeks of recovery were the most agonising. I had bruises all over, was extremely bloated, and was hurting all over.

“I had drains inside of me for over two weeks, which wasn’t a good sight, but in the end, it was all worth it,” the patient said.

For a few months, you can’t apply any pressure to your butt. For about two months, I travelled in the trunk of my friend’s car while lying flat on my stomach while sleeping.

Despite this, Smith declared she “will never stop getting surgery” and has not refrained from doing so.

She remarked, “I’m incredibly excited for my next procedure, a revision of my breast augmentation to go bigger.” “I intend to upgrade my implants from 500 cc to 1,000 cc on each side.”

Regarding her detractors, Smith claims that she is unconcerned by what is written about her online.

“I feel horrible for the people who wish to pull others down,” she said, “to the ones who chose to condemn me and spread negativity without knowing a single thing about me or the type of person I am.”

“I am not doing anyone any harm with my decisions.”
