She started strength training eight years ago and now maintains a strict regimen that includes weight training five days a week and daily cardio classes. Fruits, vegetables, oats, and chicken make up her well-balanced diet, and baked sweet potato chips and vegetable frittatas are two of her favourite foods. Rosalin usually eats coffee, cassava, papaya, pineapple, oats, cinnamon, and scrambled eggs for breakfast.
