Bruna has put the hashtag very skillfully to demonstrate that she is not in Goa right now, and just wishes she was there for a holiday. It certainly saves the actress a lot of trolling, as her comments section would then have been packed with people saying how stupid she is to be out in the open now that the government is telling people to stay indoors.
