Indian YouTuber Passenger Paramvir recently appeared in a viral video that has received a lot of online attention. He talks about the distinctions between the cuisines of their different nations with a Chinese woman in this video.
“Chinese food isn’t great, but Indian food is fantastic,” Paramvir tells the woman in the video. She said that he should wait while she demonstrated the appearance of Indian cuisine.

On her phone, she then saw a variety of videos of street food cooking, such as one of a man making dough balls with his armpits and another of a person washing their hands over a cooking pan. She keeps scrolling till she comes across a video of a man using his feet to chop tomatoes and then another of a woman receiving dal in her hands.
“You’ve made me speechless,” says Paramvir, laughing and joking as he watches the videos, but he also adds, “Trust me, you won’t find anything like this on the streets.” I’ve never seen anything like that in real life, therefore I have no idea where these videos are from or who these folks are.
The video, which has had around a million views on X, has received accolades for Paramvir’s upbeat and humorous response to the criticism. “Give them something good if they take something bad,” remarked one person. He completely altered her viewpoint on India. “India needs better PR!” said another. Unfortunately, some people make snap judgements about a whole cuisine based on a small number of videos. I’m happy the YouTuber showed her real Indian food.

Instead, the kind vlogger takes her to a good Indian restaurant, and treats her with amazing Indian cuisine in China. pic.twitter.com/mYRNmVDjxV
He promises her that she will genuinely love the meal if she goes to a respectable restaurant:
“Who gave you the right to say Chinese food is bad?” the Chinese woman asks in response. I’ve seen videos that demonstrate how filthy Indian food is.
Paramvir brings her to a nearby Indian eatery to alter her viewpoint. They eat a lunch together that includes naan, shahi paneer, and dal makhni. The woman can be seen savouring her meal and saying, “Yummy!” before the video cuts out.
