It only makes sense that individuals can and do compare themselves to A-listers in our celebrity-obsessed culture.

They probably don’t anticipate, though, that such well-known figures will respond, as happened to the man who believes he resembles Chris Hemsworth. The individual, who goes by the handle Justin on Twitter, probably received the shock of his life when he published a photo of himself next to the Thor actor.

Justin’s original post’s caption read: “Many girls have said that I resemble Chris Hemsworth, which is funny. Do you concur? [sic]”

Hemsworth himself was perhaps the last person he anticipated to respond, as you can guess, but the internet can occasionally be full of wonderful surprises. Hemsworth just responded to the analogy by saying, “This guy thought he’d deceive us all by uploading himself twice…”

It goes without saying that the actor’s fans went nuts, including Justin, who appeared to be somewhat pleased that the celebrity seemed to approve of the similarity.

He stated: “I appreciate that brother Chris, but I’m the one on the right. You know where to find me if you ever need a second stunt double.”

Justin undoubtedly feels he resembles the star, but it’s safe to assume that other Twitter users did not share his opinion.

This includes the eyewear company Specsavers, who claimed that they were currently searching through the comments on the page for new clients.

Here seeking customers, they jokingly said. Then, a different Twitter user conjectured that Hemsworth was just trying to help Justin out on Valentine’s Day.

Assisting this guy on Valentine’s Day is quite legendary, they wrote.

A third person chimed in, “I know why you’re helping this guy out,” suggesting that Hemsworth is a hero both on television and in real life. Other users, meanwhile, couldn’t help but make jokes about the connection.

One person said, “Mind you, the white of the eyes is quite similar.” Another person commented, “A haircut away from being twins,” and a third added, “The likeness is uncanny.”

Another chuckled, “You never told us about your identical twin Chris.”

However, Justin altered his Twitter bio to state that the likeness of Thor was authorised by the actor himself, proving that he paid no mind to the critics.
