There are actions we do on a daily basis without paying any attention to whether we do them correctly or not. Sometimes it’s better to look from a different angle at these everyday things. We all know how to take a shower or wash our hair, of course, but are we doing it in the most effective way?
How to wash your hair
To smooth your frizzy hair, dry wet hair with a T-shirt instead of a towel. Use your fingertips to gently massage your skin with shampoo. Roots are never meant to be trained. Then wring your hair out before any hair conditioner is added.
How to wear a backpack on public transportation
It’s best to have your backpack in your eyeshot to shield yourself from pickpockets while on public transportation.
How to hold the steering wheel
The safest place to place your hands is on the centerline (as shown in the image above). This position prevents the airbags from opening their hands and arms to protect their head and body.
How to brush your teeth
In toothpaste ads, you don’t need to cover every bristle on the toothbrush with toothpaste the way you see it done. In fact, you only need a small drop.
How to apply a band-aid to a cut on your finger
Cut the two sticky ends in half and put them in a crisscross pattern on your finger. Now, without having to be too careful, you can do anything you want.
How to fix a tight bra
How to hang toilet paper
How to keep your hands clean
Only gels consisting of alcohol of no less than 60% are the most useful. Not all the different types of microorganisms are removed by other hand sanitizers. If that’s the case, your hands will have to be cleaned.
How to take a shower
Long bathing dries out too much of the skin like hot water, resulting in rashes and itching. A shower’s maximum length is about 10 minutes.
How to avoid after-gym mistakes
Your core body temperature rises after working out, so don’t make yourself wait if you’re longing for a cool shower. A cool shower helps with your muscles in the recovery process. It decreases soreness and helps to reconstruct muscles more quickly.
Exercise is used to stretch your muscle fibers and to fill the body with glycogen. That is why it is so important to rapidly replenish those losses. Try eating a protein and carbohydrate meal no more than 30 minutes after your workout.
