Presley Pritchard is suing her former department for denying her employment as a firefighter. The office criticised the 27-year-old for sharing “provocative images” on social media, and she was fired in August of this year. Regardless, Pritchard believes her employers are still discriminating against the ex-paramedic because of her gender.
Pritchard has been working at Evergreen Fire Rescue in Montana for 3 years before getting fired for her provocative pictures.
“I’m a good nurse, I’m a good firefighter!” Pritchard exclaimed. Never once have I been asked about my actual job.”
The influencer, who has 126,000 Instagram followers, issuing due to missed wages, time, and resources as a result of the department’s inherent sexism. There have also been cases of s*xual abuse, she says.
Pritchard shares a lot of her pictures in all kinds of clothing from swimsuit to baggy firefighter outfit.
Fellow firefighters have even advised the woman to wear male pants because her female-issued pants were too revealing.
The majority of Pritchard’s photos show her working as a firefighter or exercising at a public gym. The department, on the other hand, alleged that she is exploiting Evergreen for personal benefit. However, she added that the organisation has never had a social media strategy.
Before being fired, the company gave her an ultimatum to erase all Evergreen-related images from her screen. Pritchard has also endorsed 1UP Nutrition, Nine Line Apparel, and Herbstrong, among others.

“The state ruled in my favour 4x after August,” she wrote in one of her most recent posts. On top of that, she’s been hinting that she’s rehired at a different organisation.
