A “human Barbie” who is concerned with reversing the effects of ageing says she is getting blood transfusions from her 23-year-old son. To date, 47-year-old Marcela Iglesias has spent £80,000 on cosmetic operations, usually choosing non-invasive injections. She has made the decision to attempt something new for 2025, though. According to reports, she intends to get a transfusion from her son Rodrigo in an effort to “reverse” ageing, claiming that a youthful donor’s blood may invigorate cells.

Marcela, who lives in Los Angeles, said that Rodrigo was excited to fulfil her goal when she told him about her plan. He’s not just giving blood to his mother; he’s also doing the same thing with his 75-year-old grandma, Graciela.
“Blood transfusion has evolved into a contemporary technique for cell renewal, particularly when the donor is your own child. I’ve been looking at ways to heal from the inside out ever since I had stem cell therapy,” Marcela said on What’s The Jam.

Rodrigo is completely aware of the advantages of the surgery. He is delighted about helping his grandmother and is ready to lend a hand,” she continued.
It is believed that plasma supplies the proteins and clotting factors necessary for healing, while blood transfusions supply new red blood cells to transport oxygen throughout the body. According to Marcela, “I’ve heard that the body enjoys this boost in the same way that a traveler enjoys a sip of water after a long journey.” In the end, I ought to feel more resilient, steady, and in charge of my life.”
The therapy is said to improve kidney, heart, and lung function, boost cell repair, lower inflammation, and benefit internal organs.
