Om Shanti Om, Farah Khan’s first Bollywood film, which starred Shah Rukh Khan and Deepika Padukone, just celebrated its 13th anniversary.

We all know that Bollywood is a global phenomenon, and lovers of Indian films can be found all over the world, and why shouldn’t they be? Bollywood has something for everyone, whether it’s drama, action, romance, or thought-provoking substance.

Did you know, though, that Om Shanti Om was the first film to have an international musical adaptation?

It was said to be the first film to have an international musical adaptation, and it was transformed into a Japanese musical called Oumu Shanti Oumu. In 2017, Osaka hosted the world premiere of the film’s stage adaptation.

Deepika Padukone’s debut film, Om Shanti Om, grossed Rs 215 crores globally. The film was a big hit with the crowd, who couldn’t stop themselves from watching it over and over again.

Arjun Rampal, Shreyas Talpade, Kirron Kher, and others were among the film’s glittering star cast. Rekha and Salman Khan were among the celebrities that made cameo cameos in the film.

The film also featured a number of timeless tunes and earned good reviews from both audiences and reviewers.

SRK and Deepika co-starred in two more films after Om Shanti Om: Chennai Express and Happy New Year. In Siddharth Anand’s forthcoming film Pathan, the two will reunite once more.
