It’s challenging to resist jumping on the bandwagon and being proud of every wrinkle and crease on our faces in a world where the emphasis is more on seeming younger on the exterior than feeling younger inside.

Salma Hayek, an actress, has never attempted to stop time in its tracks, but she does have a few tricks under her sleeve that she would like to share with the rest of us.

The celebrity posted many pictures of herself leaving the water and boarding a boat at dusk for her over 24 million Instagram followers to see. In another image, she can be seen looking as stunning as ever while immersing her hair in the salty sea.

“Every time I need to feel renewed, I jump into the ocean,” she said as the description for the photo. Added a translation of the identical text in Spanish as well.

Salma was dressed in a two-piece, bright yellow bathing suit that showed off her toned arms, slim waist, and tanned physique to perfection. The 56-year-old’s post received more than 2 million likes and over 16k comments from fans who were eager to compliment her.

One person wrote, ’’Looking this young in your 50s should be illegal, like what,’’ while another follower noted, ’’Thought this was a throwback!’’

She owes her beauty secrets to her grandmother.

Cosmetologist Hayek’s grandmother pursued her education in Paris and devoted her life to “keeping ladies attractive.” My grandma taught me that our skin restores the nutrients we’ve lost during the day at night, therefore I never wash my face in the morning, Hayek said. Also, why would it be dirty when I wake up if I clean my body thoroughly at night?

Hayek integrates movement into every mundane part of her day.

Being constantly on the run and having a busy schedule, the Mexican-American actress’ typical days are packed with a tonne of events. She doesn’t have much time for exercise, but a London coworker showed her how to hold her body and optimise movement so that every activity doubles as exercise. She holds her arms at shoulder height while brushing her teeth and walks up the stairs using her butt rather than her knees because she is aware of every movement.

Her favourite way to work out is to move through something she enjoys.

Hayek integrates dance into her routine even though she dislikes working out. She also likes to walk her dogs, whom she refers to as her trainers, as exercise.

Hayek doesn’t dye her hair.

Hayek does not colour her hair and instead flaunts her “natural white hairs” in addition to allowing her curls to run wild and free. She says, “I don’t want to spend what’s left of my youth pretending I’m younger and not enjoying life,” in addition to not having the patience for it.

Hayek says, “No, not for me!” to diets.

The actress admitted, “I don’t like to diet, and I’m not good at it,” while being pleased with her curves. She enjoys eating a wide variety of cuisines and opposes food restrictions. She admits that she uses food as a comfort when she is anxious. To resume eating a balanced diet, she incorporates juicing into her daily routine.

A little-known practice of hers is drinking bone broth.

Drinking one cup of this wonder beverage every day, according to the actress, is one of the secrets to looking so young. It helps remodel the tissues of your skin, nails, and hair because it is high in collagen, the woman said. It also assisted Hayek in discovering a home remedy for her back pain.
