After singer Diljit Dosanjh mentioned him and his IPL team, the Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR), during his performance in Kolkata, actor Shah Rukh Khan responded.
In a video shared by the Punjabi singer, he can be seen praising the tagline of SRK’s KKR. The vide starts with Diljit shouting, “Korbo Lorbo Jeetbo Re.” He then says, “Yeh bahut achi tagline hai, yeh Kolkata Riders ki hai, badi pyaari tagline lagi aur specially yeh, Shah Rukh Khan sir ki team hai toh, vaise achi hee lagni thi hume. Kyunki hum sir ke fan hai.” He continues, “Toh yeh bada acha mantra bhi hai, ke aap apni mehnat karein, laddein, apne saath aur chahe jeete na jeete, yeh baat ki baat hai, humara farz hai 100% dena, toh agar aap 100% mehnat karte hai toh, obviously, jeet ke paas koi option nahi reh jaata, toh yeh bada cha slogan hai – Korbo Lorbo Jeetbo Re.”
Shah Rukh Khan eventually responded to Diljit’s tweet by reposting it and writing, “Thank you for making the City of Joy happier, Paaji @diljitdosanjh. The Korbo Lorbo Jeetbo allusion is undoubtedly adored by everyone at @KKRiders and their supporters. I love you, and I hope you have an amazing tour. Diljit answered, “I’m grateful, sir.
