This afternoon, Shah Rukh Khan surprised fans by hosting an “Ask SRK” session on Twitter. He answered queries from followers with his witty and humorous style. Only a few minutes long, SRK’s question-and-answer session quickly became the talk of the internet. “We all have questions when we wake up, but today I had answers! So I thought maybe we might conduct a 15-minute #AskSRK,” the actor said on Twitter this afternoon, just days after celebrating his 57th birthday with the large audience he always greets outside his home Mannat to the pleasure of fans.
Questions about working with Deepika Padukone and John Abraham in the upcoming thriller movie were answered by the actor, who is making his big-screen comeback with Pathaan after a nearly four-year absence. He also discussed his relationship with peers in the industry including Salman Khan and Akshay Kumar.
The superstar was notified by a Twitter user that he was going to watch Pathaan with his girlfriend, which may have been the answer that most amused his admirers. The only drawback? She’s planning to wed another man.
In response to one of SRK’s comments, Twitter user Aasif Khan said, “Socha tha gf ke sath Pathaan dekhunga lekin uski shadi kisi aur ke ho jayegi.”
“So sorry man. But akele mein bhi film acchi hi lagegi…don’t worry (You’ll enjoy the movie alone as well),” Shah Rukh Khan responded.

Khan responded to a number of other questions regarding his future movie. When asked about working with Deepika Padukone, he responded, “Aside from her incredible qualities as an actor and star…the soothing influence that she has on the entire production is remarkable.”
Shah Rukh Khan expressed his joy at working with John Abraham on Pathaan in a different tweet. “Working with John, who I’ve known for years, was a delight. One of the kindest and most polite people,” he wrote.
