Remakes have become a staple diet for Bollywood these days. We have seen quite a lot of Bollywood films, that are officially remade from South films and have become super hits. But we have little knowledge about Bollywood films that have been an inspiration for the South film industry. 3. Delhi Belly made a lot of news due to its strong sexual content and profanity. The film has been remade as Settai in Tamil.

4. A Wednesday became a sleeper hit after its release. The film has been remade in Hollywood as ‘A Common Man’ and as ‘Unnaipol Oruvan’ in Tamil.
