Many people have a strong dislike for certain Bollywood characters because of the way they are portrayed on screen. We were angered and repulsed by these characters because they were so ridiculous. Two characteristics were shared by all of these characters: an excess of unjustified attitude and overdone acting. Although the characters’ creators believed that the audience would adore them, they were immediately despised.

1. Sanjana in Main Prem Ki Deewani Hoon
Kareena Kapoor’s portrayal of Sanjana was one of the most overacted roles in Bollywood history. The entire cast of Main Prem Ki Deewani Hoon overacted. Sanjana, though, was on a whole different plane. Hats off to your patience if, after seeing Sanjana, you are not angry!
2. Prem in Main Prem Ki Deewni Hoon
Hritik Roshan’s portrayal of Prem left us feeling so let down. Hrithik Roshan gave one of the poorest performances in his career, by all accounts. It wouldn’t be inaccurate to suggest that Sanjana and Prem were designed for one another in terms of overacting.
3. Heer In Rockstar
Despite positive reviews for the film Rockstar, Nargis Fakhri received harsh criticism for her portrayal of Heer. Heer became a figure that many people didn’t like as a result of Nargis’ overacting abilities.
4. Anya Khan in Tees Maar Khan
Although Sheila Ki Jawaani was a huge success, Anya Khan in Tees Maar Khan was tarnished by Katrina’s overacting. However, it wasn’t the only flaw in the film. If you haven’t seen this movie, you’ve spared yourself from suffering greatly.
5. Khushi in Khushi
The reason why this movie flopped at the box office was apparent. Khushi turned out to be another annoyingly overacted character played by Kareena Kapoor.
6. Sapna in Prem Agann
Not Prem Again, though. Prem Agony was more accurate. The films Meghna Kothari and Fardeen Khan made their film debuts. You’ll be annoyed by the entire movie, not just Sapna the character. Additionally, Fardeen Khan was depicted in such a terrible way that anyone who saw this film will always hate it.
7. Roopa in Mela
This character, as portrayed by Twinkle Khanna, would have undoubtedly angered you. Roopa in Mela is abominable with an overabundance of acting and a strange attitude. Twinkle has made no secret of the fact that Mela was one of her weakest performances.
8. Ravi In Himmatwala
It is challenging to believe that such a gifted performer like Ajay Devgn appeared in Himmatwala. Ajay Devgn’s overacting as Ravi is one of the many reasons why this movie flopped so horribly at the box office. Ajay Devgn mentioned his regret in making this movie in one of the interviews.
9. Zoe in Love Aaj Kal 2
The character of Zoe, as portrayed by Sara Ali Khan, gave the audience a headache. For overacting as Zoe in Love Aaj Kal 2, Sara Ali Khan received vicious online trolls. The movie underwhelmed critics and audiences, flopping at the box office.
