Families are the most important thing, and the children of renowned parents always find a special way to honour them, whether through a moving speech or a heartwarming family photo. Check out these examples of famous kids who expertly told their parents how much they love them.

2. Kate Hudson showered her stepdad, Kurt Russell, with praise.

Kurt Russell has developed into the ideal father to Goldie Hawn’s children, Kate and Oliver Hudson, ever since he joined her family. Our hearts have always been warmed by Hudson’s only ever-kind and grateful remarks about her stepdad.

I have a wonderful family, she once remarked. Beautiful is the mother I have. My stepfather came in and was a major contributor to explaining what it means to have a trustworthy father figure in our lives.

3. Additionally, Dakota Johnson wants everyone to know how wonderful her stepfather Antonio Banderas is.

Dakota Johnson claims that Antonio Banderas makes a great stepfather, thus it appears like he could challenge Kurt Russell for best actor. He once received compliments from the actress when she gave him an award at the 2019 Hollywood Film Awards.

“I got a bonus dad who I realised, over time, is actually one of the most influential people in my life,” Johnson confessed in front of everyone. My mother married a man when I was six years old, and he introduced our family to a tremendously magical little sister as well as a whole new world of creativity and culture.

4. In place of her deceased mother, Carrie Fisher, Billie Lourd assumed the role of Princess Leia.

Tragically, Carrie Fisher passed suddenly in late 2016 before she could finish the new Star Wars trilogy. It was fortunate for the film’s producers that Fisher’s daughter, Billie Lourd, was also involved and could fill in for her mother in several parts. As she remarked, “It’s literally like a gift from her — or her forcing us to make her the star of the movie,” it was a very emotional yet meaningful time for her. Most likely both. Being back has been amazing, painful, and bizarre – I’ve definitely experienced all of those emotions.

6. Dakota Johnson made a subtle allusion to her mother’s famous quote from Fifty Shades Darker once more.

A particular easter egg in Fifty Shades Freed alludes to Melanie Griffith’s part in Working Girl. Johnson, Griffith’s daughter, at one point, quotes her mother’s well-known phrase, “I expect you to call me Ana. The rest we’ll just make up as we go, okay? I don’t expect you to fetch me coffee unless you’re fetching some for yourself. Even if it was just for a while, the actress’ ability to play her mother must have been unusual.

Jett, Benjamin, and Ella’s mother, Kelly Preston, who was John Travolta’s wife and passed away in 2020 at the age of 57, left a significant void in the family. Ella Travolta, her daughter, never misses a chance to pay honour to her mother. Every year on Preston’s birthday or Mother’s Day, she posts in her mother’s honour.

Travolta once wrote, “Mama, thank you for all you have done for us and for this world,” as an example. Despite how much I miss and adore you, your warmth, smile, and love endure forever.

9. Jamie Lee Curtis recreated her mom’s iconic scene from Psycho.
