But not for Eksha Subba, a 21-year-old Sikkimese lady.
She is a police officer by trade and also a supermodel, motorcyclist, and national-level boxer. She was born to Aitaraj and Sukrani Subba. Her narrative has captivated the nation as young girls look up to her as an inspiration. She is a woman of many abilities.
She has succeeded in her line of work while continuing her side hobby pursuits. She is the kind of young person you secretly like but never want to introduce to your parents because you are afraid they will start comparing you to her.
However, given the recent media coverage she has received, you might bring up her name at your upcoming family meal.

1. Cop
When Eksha Subba was hired by the Sikkim Police Force, she was working toward her diploma. She had to go through 14 months of discipline training for the position before being transferred to the State Reserve Line.
We wholeheartedly concur with her assertion that getting a government position in India is quite prestigious. She made this claim in an interview with Brut India. Who hasn’t grown up hearing their parents preach the benefits of owning a “sarkari naukri”?
At the age of 19, she enlisted in the police and started supporting her family on her own.
2. Biker
When he asked her to participate in these classes as well, Eksha’s father was instructing his son in bike riding. Bike riding has since become one of our favourite pastimes as a result of his encouragement for her to pursue her love.
Eksha stated in the interview with Brut India that her father has always encouraged her to follow her passions, whether they be boxing, motorcycling, or being a police officer.
3. Boxing
When her father advised Eksha Subba to take up boxing to keep in shape, she had no idea there was a class in her area.
However, she decided to make it more than just a fitness endeavour and competed for Sikkim at the national level.
4. Modelling
Eksha was motivated to compete in the second season of MTV Supermodel Of The Year after seeing Manila Pradhan win the first season of the competition.
Eksha Subba gradually ascended the rankings in the competition despite a language barrier and having no prior experience in the fashion industry.
Judge Malaika Arora Khan gave her a standing ovation after she explained how her rigorous 14-month training for the police force had made her strong and equipped her for the difficult trials this competition threw at her.
Eksha Hungma Subba finally won the title of MTV Supermodel Of The Year Season 2’s first runner-up.
Whatever Eksha chooses, she is excellent at it.
She is a jack of all trades thanks to this trait, which has also drawn attention from others online.
Anand Mahindra, the chairman of the Mahindra Group, recently lauded Eksha for her complex personality and dubbed her a “Wonder Woman.”
