Everyone wants to see their pay increase, therefore a rise of Rs 20,000 to Rs 30,000 should be more than enough. A worker hopes to improve their lifestyle and save more money with a walk. However, this isn’t usually the case because the huge pay cheque frequently has unstated expenses.
A corporate employee recently relocated from Noida to Bengaluru after receiving a pay increase of Rs 30,000. The employee quickly expressed regret on social media for the choice. In addition, the worker expressed his dissatisfaction with the city’s terrible living conditions, traffic, and roadways.

On Reddit, the corporate employee who relocated from Noida to Bengaluru in order to receive a pay increase of Rs 30,000 expressed his misgivings.
He made a Reddit post with the caption,
“Moved to Bangalore from Noida and I regret it”
In expressing his displeasure, the user described Bengaluru as “dirty, not organised,” with “bad roads” and the “worst traffic.” The disgruntled employee enumerated a long list of factors that make Noida a better location to live and work, ranging from overpopulation to bad water quality.
The user wrote,
“After completing my graduation I worked in Noida for more than a year and I really loved the city because of the city’s infrastructure and it’s diversity and many more. I planned to switch company looking at opportunities only in NCR at first but later I realized that I am losing many opportunities because of filtering the region. Later I shifted and moved to Bangalore four months ago for a 30k/month hike compared to my previous compensation”

After only four months of residing in Bengaluru, the worker began to second-guess his choice. He emphasised the cultural distinctions between India’s north and south. He claims that it may be seen in Bengaluru’s everyday existence. The user said that whereas Bengaluru felt packed and hectic, Noida had greater infrastructure and diversity. He went on,
“Now here in Bangalore, the city is dirty, not organised, had bad roads, worst traffic, bad water, less private space per individual and on top of all that the north vs south thing can be seen every day. Never in Noida I found dense populated places, Bangalore is completely opposite to that. I really regret moving out of Noida”
