You wouldn’t believe how many well-known movies and TV shows had errors that were overlooked. It’s difficult to tell while you’re viewing them for the first time, but after seeing these movie gaffes, you’ll want to go back and watch some of them again to see these gaffes in action.
1. In Titanic, Rose is shown in one frame not hanging onto her dress, yet in the following frame, she is.
2. The way Asta addresses Jay’s birthday card in two different scenes of Resident Alien season 2 is different.
3. The main character in Babylon Berlin, season 2, uses his Leica Standard camera incorrectly; the lens is closed, preventing the camera from taking any pictures.
4. Dewey uses his Gameboy in Malcolm in the Middle of season seven without a cartridge.
5. The phone screen in Hellboy displays an “incoming call” screen rather than an “in call” screen while Hellboy is speaking to his father.
6. Nicole Kidman accidentally touches the camera lens in Big Little Lies.
7. An image of a cameraman’s finger appears in Zombieland: Double Tap.
8. Despite his phone’s time indicating 12:37 p.m., FBI Agent Anson Clark receives a text message at 1:14 p.m. while in an ambulance.
9. The driver’s window camera can be seen in Resident Alien, season 2.
10. Despite the fact that Little Women is set in 1863, a plastic bottle can be found in Laurie’s home.
11. The phone booth’s tag is dated 2006 even though the events of No Country for Old Men are intended to take place in 1980.
12. The word “position” is misspelt in Hugh Grant’s character’s dossier in The Man From U.N.C.L.E.’s closing credits.
13. Jess’s nail paint fades mid-scene in New Girl season 4.
14. Stephen King uses a tape measure’s reverse side to measure an arm in Sons of Anarchy’s third season.
15. The Eiffel Tower appeared in Beauty and the Beast, but it hadn’t yet been constructed.
The Eiffel Tower appears in Beauty and the Beast when Lumière sings “Be Our Guest” and says, “…after all miss, this is France,” however sources claim that the story takes place between 1790 and 1880, and the Eiffel Tower wasn’t finished until 1889.
