In a tragic occurrence, a plane carrying 72 people crashed only minutes before touching down in Nepal, leaving at least 68 passengers confirmed dead. The incident, the most severe aviation accident to hit the country in the previous three decades, shocked the whole country.
According to reports, the airlines employed older jets when the plane was designed to fly at lower altitudes, which led to the catastrophe.
A passenger captured the last terrifying seconds before the collision on camera. The footage reveals that the guy was grinning and taking pictures of the scenery when they landed. But as a huge fire can be seen via the screen and other passengers can be heard shouting, everything starts to go crazy.
The owner of the video is reportedly Sonu Jaiswal, a resident of Ghazipur in Uttar Pradesh.
