The most beloved romantic hero has always been Shah Rukh Khan, the Badshah of Bollywood. Raj and Rahul appeared in multiple romantic blockbusters, from DDLJ to K2H2, and the entertainer created various iterations of them that were thought to be at their most romantic.
If you grew up watching these movies, you undoubtedly adore the narratives and characters. You will see, though, if you look more closely, that neither Raj nor Rahul was a perfect “Hero” or partner.
For example, Amar in Dil Se was rather obsessed if you think about it; he needed some instruction about respecting limits and permission. Devdas, on the other hand, couldn’t break free of his ego to pursue his lady love. Rahul didn’t treat Anjali fairly in Kuch Kuch Hota Hai, and Aman didn’t treat Naina fairly in Kal Ho Na Ho.
