J. Lo has always been one of the fittest actresses but even post-pregnancy weight couldn’t keep her untouched. She took her own time to lose weight, she began with light walking exercises in the initial months. She started her training later, which included a 4-mile sprint, a half-mile swim and an 18-mile bike ride. She also said, “The important thing is to keep mixing it up, so you have to adapt your body and that’s when the results happen.”

For her baby girl Nahla, Halle Berry had lost 35 lb but she was keen to get her red carpet figure back. She used to eat small meals every few hours and avoid fried and sodium-rich foods as they kept her blood-sugar levels stable, which is important for diabetes control. In fact, her favourite go-to meals included homemade soups and leafy greens such as kale or spinach and brown rice fish. “Her soup is not just soup — there are probably plenty of vegetables and beans, so it’s filling,” her trainer said.

Eating tiny servings, brown rice instead of white, and plenty of salads helped loose weight for this Victoria Secret model. During just 3 months after childbirth, she lost 45 lb. Since giving birth she also returned to the runway relatively quickly.

After giving birth to her twins, Mariah Carey lost at least 70 lb-she was carrying an extra 40 lb in water retention during her pregnancy. “Carey ‘s stunning loss, assuming some of that weight was actually due to water retention, is not only healthy; it’s actually doable. 2 lb a week, 10 lb a month is safe and you can do that without getting hungry or working out every day for hours, “says her spokeswoman.

She did 20-minute workouts in her first step which reinforced those core muscles. She later started full-body exercises like burpees which helped her quickly lose weight.

She admitted that she also wore a double-corset to help get back her pre-baby body.

She is one of those celebrities who enjoys her weight after pregnancy but is still taking good care of herself, without losing who she is. Moms overwhelmingly accept their path to losing weight. She said, “With breastfeeding, I lost much of my weight and I encourage women to do it; it’s just so good for the baby and good for yourself.”

We have reason to believe that Reese Witherspoon actually ages in reverse. She is a mother of 3 children and each time she gets back to rock-solid status after a pregnancy. But even she admits she had weight problems with her third child during pregnancy. She chose healthy eating, yoga, hiking and dancing.

She said, “I do a lot of dancing with my kids and I have a playlist when I get ready in the morning.” She went even further by saying, “You just have to be gentle and careful with yourself and get back to your health slowly.”
