Ever since Ramayan started again, at 9 AM and 9 PM, young and old were glued to their television screens every day. It’s a mere coincidence that all of Ramayan’s cast came to The Kapil Sharma Show and addressed the success and super popularity they got in the 90s.
Little did they suspect, that their show might potentially see a re-run of their show because of the Coronavirus outbreak. And now, with other 90s series, DD looks like the most famous channel finding a way back into TV screens too.
Although the show’s Ram and Sita are excited, Lakshman even gets the attention on Twitter as well.
Reacting to how he took it, actor Sunil Lahri told a leading publication, “I’ve seen a lot of memes sent by many people. And the kids in the house for my brother give me the memes. I always love it. I just love it. You’re supposed to be famous and that’s why they make those memes. I’m proud. I feel proud to have been part of the memes.
