Online clothing shopping entails a lot of risks with the ordered scale, as well as the product price. Although it is rare for shoppers to have to return their ordered products if they had opted for a size that doesn’t suit them, the problem of a woman wasn’t exactly the rule.

One online shopper from South East London recently ordered two of the same outfits in different colours, both of which were the same size but were a disappointment when one didn’t fit in her head.

Hannah Goulding, 22, has bought a Red Snake Print Mesh High Neck Cut Out Bodycon dress for just £20 from the PrettyLittleThing website.

Hannah, taking to Twitter, explained the unusual size. Attaching a screenshot of the uncomfortable moment as she pulled on the unfitting outfit, Hannah captioned her post: ‘I feel so discriminated against. I purchased two colours of the same size and the other one didn’t match my head and it’s not even fat at all.’

‘I usually love buying PLT clothing, and I really love their shape collection as it suits so well, except for this recently ordered piece. I ordered two sizes of each piece, as I couldn’t guess what size I might be.’ Hannah added.

Nonetheless, after telling PrettyLittleThing about the situation and responding, the blogger has responded a spokeswoman to Hannah’s viral tweet sharing how sorry they are with her item for the incident.

‘Hi Hannah, I am so sorry to see this. I completely understand how you feel about this, but please drop your email address, order number and full address over a DM and it’ll be sorted out for you.’
