Although Taylor Swift’s followers are generally quite supportive of her relationship with Travis Kelce, something unexpected happened when the singer was pictured affectionately enjoying their 2024 Super Bowl victory together. Many of Swift’s supporters saw a “red flag” during the game that was captured on camera, so they turned to social media to call for her to break up with the NFL star.
Since at least September 2023, Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce have been dating, and the duo has received nothing but positive feedback from her fans. Sales of Kelce’s jerseys skyrocketed soon after they were officially announced.
But things appeared to go against tight end Kelce of the Kansas City Chiefs when he was observed venting his annoyance during an unsuccessful offensive play on head coach Andy Reid.

Swift’s response was swiftly the subject of a barrage of tweets on X, the former Twitter, with many people sharing the common belief that she should end the relationship. “Travis Kelce raises concerns. “Taylor needs to leave this man and save her reputation,” another person commented. “That aggression isn’t what Taylor needs,” another user remarked.
Some went so far as to express a sense of urgency that she ought to end things immediately following the game, asking, “What type of man hits his coach for taking him out for a play? After the game, I hope Taylor Swift ends her relationship with Travis Kelce.
Coach Reid swiftly defended tight end Kelce when he was questioned about the incident, stating that the tight end even subsequently apologised. He claimed, “He caught me when I wasn’t looking.” “After that, he came over to hug me and apologised.”
Reid clarified, “He just wants to be on the pitch and play, so there’s nobody I get better than him.” “My balance is horrible, but he’s a competitive kid who loves to play and makes me feel young,” he jested.
