Initially, the workouts were low on intensity as he was unable to do high sets, high reps due to his medical issue and body-balancing problems.

Anant reportedly dropped a substantial amount of weight through a challenging fitness regimen that lasted 5–6 hours per day and included yoga, weight training, functional training, a 2-kilometre walk, and cardio.

He also consumed between 1200 and 1400 calories per day, largely from dairy products, fresh vegetables, lentils, and sprouts, while adhering to a low-carb, low-fat, high-protein, and sugar-free diet. He swore off junk food completely throughout this time.

How has Anant Ambani gained weight again?

Anant’s weight loss journey was an inspiration to many, but unfortunately, his joy was short-lived. His recent photos and videos clearly showed that he again gained much of his weight.
