I’ve Been Targeted Over My Fake Breasts – I Just Want To Be Left Alone

A father who wears prosthetic breasts has spoken out about the cruel abuse he has received and stated that someone even attempted to break through his window.

In Addiewell, an old mining village close to West Calder, between Edinburgh and Glasgow, Andrew Dennington suffers from mental anguish both on social media and in his home town.

The 49-year-old claimed that his detachable breasts were the reason behind his targeting, but he is content with his identity and simply wants to be left alone.

Retaliating against individuals who find his prosthetic breasts offensive, he said, “You’re stereotyping me into something I’m not.”

The single father also stated that his seventeen-year-old son has been teased at school because he chose to wear them. When an unknown assailant damaged a neighbour’s glass, the harassment reached a height.

Because of his appearance, Mr Dennington stated the offender intended to smash his window, but he chose the wrong house, shattering his neighbour’s window in the process.

He claimed that he was only made aware of the attack after he was awakened by police. He went on to say that unfounded accusations have been circulating, including that he received payment for having his window broken inadvertently and utilised the funds to purchase the artificial breasts.

Mr Dennington stated that he had the detachable bust before his neighbour’s glass was damaged and that he was never paid.

“I just want to be left alone,” he murmured. My actions are unrelated to those of anyone else. I experience cyberbullying. My Facebook postings and all of my TikTok posts have been stolen. “They simply used my appearance to categorise me as someone I’m not.” The police woke me up at my window, and I had no idea why.

Because of the way I looked, they assumed I lived in the incorrect house and made the connection. My sons experienced it at school as well, so it’s not been pleasant at all. I experience cyberbullying.

“I’m content with who I am; it’s just that some people misidentify me.” I’m content with what’s under my t-shirt right now.
