The ‘Only Murders In The Building’ star argued that denying yourself delectable foods to be thin is not worth it while pleading for her fans to let go of false, unattainable image standards. In addition, Selena Gomez urged people to choose their goals in life with great honesty and intention.

The vocalist of Revelación reaffirmed to her followers that “being vulnerable is a strength, not a weakness” by using TikTok to scream out the aforementioned.

Selena Gomez disclosed her Jack in the Box order in a TikTok story that was later published on her most popular Instagram fan account. She said: “So I will be trying to stay skinny, but I went to Jack in the Box and I got 4 tacos, 3 egg rolls, onion rings, and a spicy chicken sandwich.” The woman continued, “But honestly, I don’t care about my weight.”

I am great the way I am, the actress said as she put an end to the clip.

The singer continues to be outspoken despite her emotional struggles with the pressure to live up to unreasonable expectations. Selena Gomez recently spoke up about the ludicrous criticism she encounters, which she claims began in 2015 when she was featured on the album cover for her song “Revival.” She had to begin treatment because the situation was so out of hand in order to protect her mental health.

The singer has also opened out about how having lupus and having a kidney transplant have affected her health and weight.

In a 2020 interview with Cosmopolitan after the launch of her new beauty line, “Rare Beauty,” Gomez admitted: “I fluctuate in my weight a lot,” adding that she had to develop thick skin at a fairly young age. The singer has gone offline since 2017 as a result of years of difficulties. She discussed how giving up the internet changed her life in an interview with Good Morning America.

Selena Gomez commented in an interview at the 2019 Cannes Film Festival about how social media may be terrifying and dangerous, “I am happier, I am more present, I connect more with people.”

However, social media, especially Instagram, puts pressure on women to meet an unachievable standard of beauty; as a result, if you feel anxious when scrolling through perfect and filtered photographs, know that you’re not alone; even celebrities, like Gomez, suffer.

But happily, as shown in Brightside, the actress has discovered and totally accepted her body type, eating whatever her stomach desires.
